Brewing instructions

We recommend using a 15.5:1 water to coffee ratio.

Ensure the water temperature is between 210-212 degrees.

Before starting, rinse the paper filter with hot water to eliminate any paper taste and to heat the brewing vessels. Afterwards, dispose of the water.

We suggest three separate water pours. Start with 50g, then divide the remaining water into two equal parts. Once the final portion of water is added, gently tap the brewer's side to facilitate an even draw-through.

The total drip time should average between 3-4 minutes.

If you find the resulting coffee to be sour or salty, adjust the grind to be finer. If the coffee tastes astringent or overly bitter, make the grind coarser.
